Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital - affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine

Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital (SRRSH), affiliated with the Zhejiang University School of Medicine, was established in 1994 through the generous donation of Sir Run Run Shaw, a well-known Hong Kong businessman and philanthropist, as well as matching funds from the Zhejiang government. It is a public comprehensive tertiary A-level hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching and scientific research. Since its establishment in 1994, the hospital has grown into one of the top hospitals with the most comprehensive disciplines, the most advanced technology, and the highest degree of internationalization in Zhejiang Province, taking reform and innovation as the engine, and ranked among the "first cohort" of national public hospitals in the shortest time .

SRRSH currently has three campuses: Qingchun, Qiantang, and Shuangling. The Tower 6 and Tower 7 of the Qingchun campus have been officially opened, and the Grand Canal and Shaoxing campuses are making steady progress. As the third clinical medical school of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, there are currently 38 doctoral programs and 45 master programs, with 29 teaching and research sections and groups.

SRRSH has been ranked A++ (top 1% in China) in the national tertiary public hospital performance evaluation for four consecutive years, and is the hospital with the fastest improvement in the latest Fudan rankings. The National Engineering Research Center for Minimally Invasive Device Innovation and Application has settled in the hospital. SRRSH also leads the construction of Regional Medical Center for National Institute of Respiratory Disease, and participated in the construction of regional medical centers for national institute of comprehensive diseases with high standards. It has 4 national key clinical specialties and 1 national clinical teaching and training demonstration center, builds 15 important provincial-level scientific research platforms, and gathers a large platform for the high-quality development of the hospital.
