为贯彻落实党中央、国务院“稳就业”决策部署，充分发挥“互联网+人力资源服务”优势，2020年6月，国家卫生健康委人才交流服务中心与人民卫生出版社共同组建了卫人就业网，成为卫生健康领域唯一全国性的、由人才服务“国家队”建设的人才交流与发展平台。

近年来，卫人就业网与人社部、教育部等所属平台密切合作，累计举办全国、区域线上招聘会30余场，提供35万余个岗位，服务求职者161.8余万人次，有效搭建人才供需平台，同时举办了人力资源研讨、科研基金申请辅导等能力提升活动。我们的目标是把卫人就业网打造成为专业的全国卫生健康人才储备平台、招聘单位和院校展示平台、人才终身学习和再教育平台、高级人才寻访平台。

今后，我们将继续拓宽国际视野，在中英卫生人才发展平台这个广阔的舞台上，与大家携手并肩，为卫生健康人才发展做出更大的贡献！

During June 2020, the Health Human Resources Development Centre of the National Health Commission and the People’s Medical Publishing House of China jointly established the Health Human Resources Service Net, becoming the only national health personnel exchange and development platform in the field of health and built by the national-level management team.

In recent years, Health Human Resources Service Net has worked closely with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Education and other affiliated platforms, and has held more than 30 national and regional online job fairs, providing more than 350,000 jobs, serving more than 1.618 million job seekers, effectively building a human resources supply and demand platform, and holding human resources seminars, scientific research fund application guidance programs and other capacity building activities. Our goal is to build Health Human Resources Service Net into a professional national health workforce reserve platform, a portal platform for employers, colleges and universities, a lifelong learning and re-education service provider, and a senior professional employment platform.
